Production of metal structures
The production department of "CHESM" LLC has been engaged in metalworking for over 14 years.
We offer the Customer a full cycle, starting with the workpiece and individual parts and ending with the finished metal structure and its quality control at the exit. For this, turning works, plasma cutting, locksmith works, welding works in a protective environment of carbon dioxide or argon when cooking aluminum, assembly of structures on specially developed conductors, initial quality control, painting, preparation for transportation are used.
Large series of metal structures are put into operation, for which the technology and sequence of fast and high-quality production are quickly developed. Thanks to this, the production capacity at maximum load is up to 60 tons. metal structures per month. High-precision metalworking can be provided both as a service and as part of the manufacturing process of industrial metal structures and parts for them.
We made a significant contribution to the development of Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Thanks to our experience, we are market leaders of Ukraine and, at the same time, we are also actively expanding our presence on international markets.
