Operation and maintenance of substations and transmission lines
Operation and maintenance of substations with a voltage of 3-330 kV is a new direction of the company's activity.
The main goal is to ensure the reliable and trouble-free operation of the equipment, structures and distribution devices of substations, power lines that are under maintenance at "CHESM" LLC.
Service area: VRP equipment, power transformers, electric and gas circuit breakers, current and voltage measuring transformers, disconnectors, accumulator batteries, devices on the panels of the GSHK (ZPK), SHVP, i.e. the main and auxiliary equipment of the PS, as well as the territory of the PS with those located on it buildings, cable and overhead lines.
The main tasks are:
• Ensuring the reliable operation of the substation and the 35-330 kV power transmission line through timely maintenance, emergency repair work, and operational work
• Implementation of administrative and technical management of service facilities
• Development of measures and ensuring the timely implementation of works to improve the operation and increase the reliability of the equipment, reduce the number of accidents and eliminate the causes and factors that cause them
• Carrying out technical supervision of the condition of buildings and structures
• Ensuring systematic improvement of staff qualifications and general production culture.
• Ensuring the necessary quantity and quality of technical and operational documentation, production, job instructions and instructions on OP and PB at energy facilities
• Control over the economic use of all material and technical resources, the actual execution of planned tasks within the deadline, the effective and rational use of working time by all personnel of energy facilities
• Carrying out constant control over compliance by employees of the PS with technological processes, rules for the safe operation of machines, mechanisms, equipment, other means of production, buildings and structures, the use of means of collective and individual protection, performance of work in accordance with the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration
• Keeping and saving report documentation on repairs and operational work, work with personnel, maintenance of instructions, diagrams, reference documentation in proper condition
• Compilation of the equipment maintenance schedule with the distribution of work volumes per month, taking into account the requirements of ND
• Conducting maintenance and repair work modes of equipment in accordance with the requirements of PTE, PPB, PBEE, circulars, etc. documents of the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine in accordance with the Index "Effective industry guidelines for the operation and repair of power stations and networks"
• Control over the technical condition of the 35-330 kV equipment
• Periodic inspection of 35-330 kV equipment.
